Stone massage involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage. 45 Minute Sugar Scrub $63/h6> Indulge your skin and your senses with this exfoliating body treatment. Your session will include a sugar rub from head to toe with a choice of delicious scents like blueberry soy or cranberry pomegranate. The scrub is followed by a nourishing treatment with scents such as chocolate or cucumber mint to name a couple. Your skin will be baby smooth in just 45 minutes!

"About the Organic Body Wraps"

I have a long way to go in meeting my 2008 goal of getting healthier and dropping some pounds-but for anyone looking for a way to help out a diet AND get some of the stress out of your life-this is the way to go!

After the first series of body wraps, I lost a total of 26 inches which translated into one whole dress size! The second series of body wraps was during the Christmas and New Years Holiday, so I only dropped another 5 or so inches-BUT this also meant the program helped me control my hunger and helped me stay on a more nutritional program. Drinking the required water and spending all that time “wrapped up” meant I did not want to ruin the effects by overeating. And even with all the holiday partying-I continued to lose inches which would have never happened without the body wraps.

A couple things I also noticed with my program:
1. The treatments were very relaxing and helped me deal with some of the stress from a busy life.

2. The treatments helped decrease the regular pain in my knee (an old sports injury turned into arthritis).

3. I have much more positive energy, maybe a combination of drinking the water, the treatments and losing the weight?
